ADDEV Materials expands into A&D sector with SECOA acquisition

ADDEV Materials has announced the acquisition of SECOA as part of its expansion into the aerospace & defence (A&D) sector.

Through this acquisition, ADDEV Materials is pursuing its strategy of global geographic expansion, establishing SECOA as the base for its commercial and logistical deployment in the A&D sector in the Benelux and Central Europe.

Founded in 1993, SECOA (SEalants COatings Adhesives) is specialised in the distribution of surface treatments, paints and coatings, adhesives and sealants, cleaners and lubricants, as well as tapes and other specialty products.

ISO 9001 and AS 9120 certified, the company has a perfect management of customised labelling, packaging and documentation compliant to REACH. SECOA is authorised and has a qualified teams for handling hazardous goods transported by air.

The company, based in Dordrecht in the Netherlands, operates in the Netherlands, Europe and Asia. Its agility and operational excellence enable it to meet the specific needs of the A&D sector for MRO.
