Since its beginnings in 1983 McKenna Precision Castings has gained a wealth of experience from nearly three decades of manufacturing high integrity ‘lost wax’ investment castings. Products can be supplied ‘as cast’ or fully finished (i.e. painted, alocromed or chromic anodised), together with mechanical sub-assembly work, thereby providing a ‘one stop shop’ for all your casting requirements.

Our policy is to manufacture and market state of the art castings to the highest quality standards, utilising well established systems and controls, based upon ‘right first time’ and ‘Continuous Improvement’ philosophies.

The investment casting process offers close tolerance intricate shapes with re-entrant contours which are impossible to make economically by any other process. McKenna Precision Castings supplies to a wide range of industries with emphasis on the Aerospace and high technology sectors including Defence, Secure Communications, Avionics and Electronics.

We hold approval BS EN ISO 9001, and to maintain this approval it is necessary to retain a highly qualified and experienced ‘Systems Management’ Department which systematically audits and reviews the total company operations. Our extensive facilities for inspection and testing provide assurances that a high level of product quality is achieved from start to finish.
