With a new venue and more B2B meetings than ever, plus exciting new topics, AIRTEC’s 12th International Aerospace Supply event is set to strengthen its profile as a highly-international aerospace B2B-matchmaking event.

AIRTEC 2017 takes place from October 24-26, 2017 at the AeroExpoPark, Munich Airport, Hallbergmoos, a new expanding event area, located near the international Airport Munich, Germany. The event has moved close to the Munich airport site in accordance with customer requirements.

This year’s event will present the entire aerospace supply chain across the tiers to offer them new business opportunities and markets. Since it began 12 years ago, AIRTEC has established an international network to reach an ultimate international share of 70%.

Now open for registration, its B2B-meetings are said to represent an outstanding way of bringing exhibitors and visitors together via a B2B-matchmaking platform with pre-arranged B2B-meetings. Thousands of B2B-meeting participants from 45 nations are expected.

The international congress presents new highlights, whilst the different conferences for aeronautics, helicopters, unmanned airborne systems and space, offers participants an extensive congress programme with highly innovative topics.

The hot topics for this year’s AIRTEC will be lightweight, additive manufacturing, mechanical and electronical components, new production processes, mechanical and electrical components, new production processes, digitalisation and industry 4.0.

The exhibitor development of AIRTEC is also impressive. Many years of worldwide contacts and strong customer relationships means that many companies, especially from abroad, appreciate AIRTEC’s sales team skills, which acts in eight languages to help exhibitors contact new customers.

The show’s pavilions from abroad are well represented, including Italy, Spain with Andalusia and the Basque region, Belgium, the UK and for the first time Northern Ireland. Also, the presence of the USA is increasing and will include the States of Ohio and Oklahoma. AIRTEC says it matches potential customers with the exhibitors. Exhibitors and B2B-meeting participants from five continents are represented.

This year, AIRTEC takes place at Munich Airport, Business Park, Hallbergmoos. The new location has been voted as offering 100% of the what the organisers require from a trade event in this hi-tech region of Germany.

The Lord Mayor of Hallbergmoos emphasised on September 7th during the exhibition board meeting the importance of AIRTEC 2017 for the airport and region. The move is a great development for the success of this year’s event.

The key advantages of the new location mean that exhibitors and participants can participate in a time-saving, comfortable and efficient trade event as possible. The international participation, which is significant for the success of a highly global aerospace event, will be further increased.

The B2B-Meetings - the heart of AIRTEC - will run more smoothly in 2017, as sufficient parking space is offered near the entrance of the exhibition area and a shuttle service is provided from the subway stations of Munich airport.
