The 13th AIRTEC powered by IGF will present exhibitors from all over the world from November 20–22, 2018 at the MTC in Munich, Germany.

With the new innovative concept: Aerospace meets Automotive - Innovations in Mobility, Airtec 2018 closes the gap for the first time between the automotive, aerospace industry and the new industry of air taxis and unmanned air vehicles. The new urban mobility aspects are an important topic at Airtec 2018.

“Traffic jams, environmental pollution as well as noise emission are the most important challenges in today’s urban mobility,” stated Dr Olaf Günnewig, SGS Institut Fresenius and Chairman of the Board of Airtec 2018. “The list of cities with driving bans for diesel vehicles in Germany is getting longer and longer. This year’s Airtec focuses on ‘Aerospace meets Automotive – Innovations in Mobility’, and presents many interesting concepts for tomorrow’s urban mobility.”

On Tuesday, November 20th, the Member of the Executive Board from DLR, Prof Rolf Henke, officially opens Airtec 2018. At the international conference, which is integrated in the show, highly-renowned speakers from Audi, Bosch Aviation, Daimler, DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung, International Airport Munich (dept. urban mobility), Fraunhofer, Gama General Aviation Manufacturers Association, Lilium, Porsche Consulting, MHP, Volkswagen, Lufthansa Technik, Rohde und Schwarz, the Technical University of Munich and the Technical University of Ingolstadt, one of the most innovative cities of Europe of the urban air mobility (UAM) initiative will deliver presentations to interested attendees.

In order to offer added value to the participants and visitors, participation in this highly qualified conference is free of charge at its premier. Invited are exhibitors, speakers, attendees and the international press. Conference language is English.

Exhibitors from all over the world are represented.
