AVS-SYS, the aerospace composite design engineering company, has relocated to new high-tech facilities.

The new facility in Sandbach, Cheshire, provides a more efficient work area allowing improved production flows and increased manufacturing capacity both by volume and size of composite and elastomeric parts.

Paul Heaton, managing director of AVS-SYS, said: “This move is part of our ongoing growth plan for AVS-SYS. The move enables us to accommodate the next stage of our growth and has allowed us to accelerate our recruitment plan with the addition of more composite layup technicians.”

The new site gives AVS-SYS a much improved work area and provides capacity for future growth as there is room to expand the unit giving greater ongoing flexibility.

This combined with the excellent transport links to and from the facility makes this an ideal location for the company.

AVS-SYS Ltd provides high quality engineering, design, integration and manufacturing of products and complete systems utilising composite materials. It specialises in the aerospace sector across the full spectrum of commercial/military, fixed/rotary wing and manned/unmanned air vehicles.
