Beagle Technology Group increases workforce

Beagle Technology Group has been expanding its workforce by 50% to deal with their growing order book.

Following a one million pound investment in equipment and facilities upgrades over the past year, New recruits include Steve Mullen as head of business development, Helen Woodhead as trainee account manager and Rebecca Tunnicliffe as marketing & business excellence co-ordinator. “For over 50 years Beagle has been a major employer in the local area and I am delighted that the company is able to offer new jobs at a time when the economy in general is being hard hit,” stated John Taylor, managing director, Beagle Technology Group. “It is particularly rewarding that we are able to train up inexperienced workers and equip them new skills. “Combined with our latest investment in equipment and upgrades, our expanded workforce has enabled Beagle to offer our services, skills and experience to industries beyond the aerospace sector. This is an exciting time for all of us at Beagle: we are building on our rich heritage and unique skills set, across a wide range of technologies, to innovate and win business in new markets.” www.beagletg.com
