From 10-12 April 2018, the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) will host its biennial aerospace workshop, event and exhibition at the BAWA Centre, Filton, Bristol.

The Aerospace Workshop takes place on 10 April 2018 and is organised by the BINDT Aerospace Committee. The workshop aims to inform delegates of:

  • The current research and developments in NDT for additive manufactured (AM) parts

  • The ongoing NDT activities in this area

  • An insight into the direction of future research

The workshop will also include a panel session and a visit to the Aerospace Bristol museum. The programme will be available to view online shortly.

The BINDT West of England Branch two-day aerospace event also returns to Bristol from 11-12 April 2018. This is the only event in the UK dedicated solely to NDT in aerospace. The event will include:

  • Spotlight sessions

  • New materials and processes

  • Major equipment exhibition

  • New NDE technologies session

A free aerospace exhibition will run alongside the two-day event from 11-12 April 2018, showcasing the latest products, innovations and technology available to the industry today. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with industry colleagues, network and learn about the very latest NDT technology and services available from around the world.
