CGTech, the developer of Vericut CNC simulation software, has announce the release of its 2019 training schedule and the introduction of two new training venues.

As well as the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry, CGTech has partnered up with Nikken and Kyocera SGS to deliver training classes at their European headquarter facilities in Rotherham and Wokingham.

Vericut is a tool to save time and money, and the potential of this sophisticated tool can be really maximised by trained users. Gavin Powell, CGTech technical support manger said: “With the addition of these two venues we aim to make Vericut training more widely accessible to our UK customer base as a whole”.

The standard Vericut Verification course is a three-day event that moves the trainee through the basics of NC program simulation and verification to advanced configuration, delivering the knowledge and expertise to use and apply Vericut on the shopfloor. As well as the standard course, CGTech also offers courses on the subject of optimisation, development of VMCs and on-site courses on request.

Powell continued: “The goal of these CGTech training classes is to help our customers take full advantage of the power of Vericut. On completion of the course, attendees will be able to use Vericut much more productively and effectively, and ultimately the time invested in training is likely to pay off with their next projects.”
