JPB Système has reported that work on its new state-of-the art production facility is now underway.

Supported by French government funding “France relance”, the company’s advanced Industry 4.0 enabled factory of the future will integrate innovative manufacturing technologies designed to drive innovation and diversification into new markets.

Valued at more than €18 million, the advanced purpose-built facility is under construction adjacent to the company’s existing site in Villaroche, south of Paris. Once complete, it will also be home to JPB’s digital subsidiary, KeyProd - a wholly-owned group company established to improve the performance of JPB’s and other industrial manufacturing companies’ production lines, by enabling manufacturers to reduce downtime.

Designated ‘JPB Villaroche 2025’, the project will occupy part of a giant 40,000m2 site, with a quarter of this space being solely dedicated to production. There is also the potential to expand the infrastructure in the future, if needed. JPB Villaroche 2025 is expected to be operational in 2023.
