The grade is aimed at manufacturers turning steel and stainless steel components, and is especially suited to heavy-duty operations involving interrupted cuts and where less stable machine tools are being used. The grade is also ideal for machining awkward- and asymmetric-shaped parts where weak and/or relatively ‘unstable’ workholding is being used, as well as for components with small internal features.
