JPB Système’s CEO, Damien Marc, recently signed an 8-year contract for the Lulylok tube fitting with Pratt & Whitney.

This product is part of the self-locking product range developed by JPB Système. Its technology avoids the use of lock wire and enables airlines to save time during maintenance phases (assembling and disassembling threaded parts) while assuring high-level safety. It also assures the sealing in the pipes, and it doesn’t loosen in a severe vibration and thermal environment. JPB Système’s Lulylok tube fitting is used across the aerospace market and on the PW1100G-JM engine.

“We’re pleased to sign this agreement with JPB Système,” said Sam Abdelmalek, vice president of Global Supply Chain, Pratt & Whitney. “We have tremendous growth ahead, and suppliers like JPB Système that are willing to sign up to our contractual governance, commitment to cost competitiveness and continuous improvement will continue to have opportunities to grow with us.”

JPB Système has become, within a few years, a cutting-edge, self-locking products specialist in the aeronautical field.
