Fitz-Gerald joins Marshall Aerospace with 35 years experience in the defence industry, including a succession of leadership roles in Plessey Radar, Marconi, BAE Systems, FR Aviation and, most recently, Cobham. He succeeds Martin Broadhurst, who announced his retirement last year.
