Turkish Aerospace has earned a spot in the Boeing premier bidder programme.

The programme recognises and rewards consistently high-performing commercial airplanes and global services suppliers, strengthening Boeing’s collective performance and commitment to safety, quality and integrity.

The programme provides premier bidder members with an opportunity to increase their business with Boeing, including visibility of upcoming bids and an invitation to programme conferences with key leadership.

Turkish Aerospace president and CEO Prof. Temel Kotil commented: “Earning a spot in Boeing’s premier bidder programme makes our collaboration special. We have been working with Boeing, for many years and consider them a strategic partner. It is an honour to earn spot in the premier bidder programme. At Turkish Aerospace, we are proud of our team’s commitment to delivering quality products on time.”

Turkish Aerospace makes the Boeing 787 Dreamliner elevator, cargo barrier and horizontal leading edge. Throughout 2020 Turkish Aerospace consistently had a quality and delivery rating of gold for these programmes.

The company joins approximately 140 suppliers that have met and sustained the high-quality, delivery and performance criteria required for inclusion in the premier bidder programme.
