Aeralis marks a successful DIMDEX 2022

Aeralis, the transformational British military jet developer, says it has concluded a successful show at DIMDEX 2022, held at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha.

The show began with a ceremony attended by The Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who unveiled two full-scale mock-ups of the company’s innovative modular jet on the Aeralis stand. Present at the ceremony were representatives from Barzan Holdings, senior figures from the Qatari and British Governments and Military, and members of the media.

The displays on the stand highlighted the breadth of industry partners supporting Aeralis including Atkins, Siemens, Hamble Aerostructures, Safran, Thales, Rolls Royce and Martin Baker.

During a press conference hosted in the Amphitheatre, Aeralis CEO, Tristan Crawford fielded questions from international media and outlined how the company’s cutting-edge modular concept will redefine the development of military aircraft.

During the exhibition, which spanned three days, Aeralis met with numerous high-profile government and military officials, including Lt-General Salem Bin Hamad Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, Air Marshal Sammy Sampson, the UK’s Senior Defence Adviser to the Middle East, and HMA Jon Wilks, the UK’s Ambassador to Qatar.
