In order to provide a guide to the vast array of materials, specifications and services used by the global aerospace industry, ThyssenKrupp Aerospace (hall 2, stand C25) has produced a 138 page handbook which will be launched at this year's event.

Designed with the needs of its customers in mind, the handbook provides easy access to a wide range of information, answers frequently asked questions and includes ideas on how the process of material supply can be improved to reduce costs.

It outlines the metallurgy of aluminium, steel, titanium and other materials and provides information on the specifications used by all of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers and their supply chains.
With an explanation of how the material supply industry works, a guide to sourcing, quality management, processing and other services available, the handbook provides its customers with a wide range of options which they can tailor to suit their needs.
