Cutting a path to advanced machining

Cutting tool specialist Kyocera SGS held a ‘Lunch and Learn’ event at its UK, Wokingham headquarters recently. The event was staged in collaboration with the West of England Aerospace Forum (WEAF), and the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) and with the participation of other industry partners.

Attendees at the event were given seminars and demonstrations focusing on machining advanced metals such as titanium, particularly used in aerospace applications. Our sister magazine PES went along to find out more from the organisers.
