Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC) says it is hosting a series of free webinars on a variety of topics over the summer.

The consortium, which represents hundreds of businesses in the aerospace sector, has been tireless during the lockdown to support the industry.

It has put together a programme of webinars called ‘Fight or Flight’, which are open to all and without cost. They include topics such as finance, sales and marketing, tax, and research and development.

FAC’s members range from small enterprises right up to multinationals and while most are situated in the south and south east, there are members from around the country and abroad.

David Barnes, chief executive of FAC, (pictured) said: “Although the aerospace sector has taken a massive hit during this crisis, we have been as busy as ever trying to support our members and lobby for the industry.

“With events having been cancelled and postponed – including the Farnborough Airshow – we wanted to do something practical to try and help. So, the team has arranged a series of webinars which will run through until the end of August, with more planned going forward. They are available to anyone and just require registration via our website and Eventbrite.”
