KDC Resource, specialist in recruitment for aerospace and defence companies, has signed a long-term agreement with the West of England Aerospace Forum (WEAF) to become WEAF’s Strategic Recruitment Partner.

The agreement covers the supply of recruitment and consultancy services to WEAF members across the South West.

Following a successful launch at WEAF’s annual conference, Richard Parker, COO of KDC Resource, said: "I'm delighted that we are working with WEAF as their strategic recruitment partner. WEAF are the leading association for aerospace and defence companies in the South West of England and this collaboration will enable their members to have access to our consultants’ expertise.

“As the competition for top talent increases, this ultra-competitive environment will become more challenging. This is where KDC’s experience will prove invaluable in helping WEAF members realise their business objectives.”

Simon Young, chief executive of WEAF added: “We hear all too often from our members just how difficult it can be finding the right talent and specialists at the right time to help their businesses grow. With KDC’s excellent track record in recruitment and talent sourcing, they were an obvious choice to join forces with WEAF and the other Member Value Partners. KDC’s expertise will provide our members with a much-needed advantage when it comes to finding key specialists and talent that can unlock growth potential.”
