Andrew Hemingway joins as commercial director from his previous role leading the commercial arm of venture capital-owned specialist engineering business, James Heal.
Gil Woodward takes up the role of operations director, responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of health and safety, operations, and sourcing strategies across the division.
At ROCOL, Hemingway will lead a combined sales, marketing, and product management function, developing the commercial strategy to increase market share and deliver continued growth across the ITW Fluids Europe business.
Woodward will lead the Fluids Europe operations function and will be responsible for the on-going development and implementation of the health and safety, operations, and sourcing strategies for the division.
