Seco Tools has recently launched its new global website. The new site has been designed to provide a user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality that allows customers and visitors access to detailed product and technical information, and providing a seamless gateway to a range of Seco’s online services, resources and support.

As well as providing comprehensive information on the company’s extensive milling, turning, holemaking and tool holding products and solutions, the new site also allows customers to access best-in-class metal cutting strategies too.

The site is driven by a powerful and efficient search engine and a sophisticated navigation facility that allows users to quickly and easily take advantage of a number of Seco’s proprietary online features. These include Suggest – an advanced product selection tool, which directs and guides manufacturers to the optimum metal-cutting solution – matched to their application requirements.

Based on data inputted by the user (via a series of system prompts), Suggest identifies and, as its name implies, ‘suggests’ complete tooling solutions.

Users can also access the new Seco online store from the site and, as a consequence, order products immediately – checking in real-time current prices, any discounts that may be available and product availability. The online store also provides users with order status, shipment details and order history.

Additional features include a news and events section which keeps customers and partners up-to-date with the latest news and developments as well as Download Centre facility which allows access to a range of Seco’s metal-cutting resources.

Flexible and adaptive, the site’s design provides an optimised viewing experience across a wide range of devices (desktop computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet).
