Integrating UAVs into search & rescue missions and future trends in emergency medicine are put under the spotlight at Helitech International 2016.

Helitech has announced that registration for Helitech International 2016 is now open. Europe’s business event for the rotorcraft industry returns to the Amsterdam RAI from 11-13 October 2016 with a programme packed full of new features. The event will feature a new Operators Forum, Technical Workshops, as well as the Business Leaders Forum.

The event will also feature a new Insight Seminars programme, in which helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS), search and rescue operations (SAR) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will all be discussed in-depth.

The list of speakers at the show continues to expand, with the line-up currently featuring Matt Rhodes, area manager - UK oil and gas at Bristow Helicopters, who will be discussing how to improve asset inspection in challenging environments. Ralph Setz, senior marketing director for HEMs and Public Services, Airbus Helicopters, will also be presenting at the show with a focus on HEMS: Future trends in emergency medicine and their impact on air ambulances and mission equipment.
