Umeco appoints Steels
Umeco announces that Tony Steels will be joining the Group as managing director of Process Materials. In this role Tony will be responsible for Richmond Aerovac, IPM and Med-Lab.
Richmond Aerovac supplies high performance consumable products, vacuum hoses, composite tooling and specialist reusable rubber products to aerospace and other sectors manufacturing advanced composite materials. IPM is a leading manufacturer of vacuum bagging films and release films for the advanced composites industry. Med-Lab supplies consumable materials for the maintenance and overhaul of aero engines and a range of instruments for the testing petroleum products.
Steels has extensive international experience in both distribution and manufacturing. For the past four years he has been based in China working for AgieCharmilles and was responsible for their Asia business.
