Embraer has presented thyssenkrupp Aerospace’s Brazilian subsidiary, Autômata with its Supplier of the Year Award in the Machine Technology category.

“For us, this is a very important award; one that emphasises the outstanding business relations with Embraer,” stated José Wilmar de Mello, CEO at thyssenkrupp Autômata in Brazil.

Decisive in winning the award were the exceptional just-in-time delivery performance, the continuous availability of complex high-performance materials, and the high quality of the products supplied.

The importance of Embraer's award is also emphasised by Hans-Josef Hoss, CEO at thyssenkrupp Materials Services: “This award is something we rate very highly and it reiterates our standing as one of the world leaders in production materials supply, supply chain solutions, and metal processing services for the aerospace space industry.”
